| Mobile De-Watering Plant EnviroServices & Training Center, LLC (ETC) owns and operates a Mobile De-Watering Plant. Our unique "New Generation" decanter (horizontal centrifuge) is controlled by an Automated PLC Centrifuge Feed and Control System. The PLC constantly monitors the decanter parameters and makes real-time adjustments to the hydraulic drive scroll, to allow the decanter to instantly adapt to a wide range of process material types and thicknesses. The Plant and power supply are mounted on a 40-foot trailer making it completely mobile. This is truly a "turn key" and "plug and play" solution to your liquid/solidseparations needs. The Plant produces cake solids that are 5 to 10 percentage units drier than filter presses, belt presses, and legacy centrifuges. The drier solids look like fertile soil and will reduce plant operating expenses through the recovery of valuable commodities such as usable fuels. Typical processing rates range from 50 to 300 gpm. Multiple units can be used to process at higher rates. Our system sets new standards for product flow rates, dryness of cake solids, and clarity of liquids. Fixed installations are also available.
