Based in Hawaii, EnviroServices & Training Center, LLC (ETC), began operations in 1994 as a small business providing comprehensive environmental and occupational services.  ETC personnel have successfully completed hundreds of projects throughout the Pacific Rim including Hawaii, Kwajalein, Saipan, Guam and Johnston Atoll. Our team of personnel consists of highly qualified professionals proficient in such disciplines as engineering, environ- mental health, industrial hygiene, technical writing, geology/hydrogeology, biology, hazardous materials, chemistry, and toxicology.
