What You’ll Do
Oversee Day-to-Day Office Operations: Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis, establish and maintain office procedures, systems, and workflows.
Manage Facilities and Equipment: Manage office supplies and services; coordinate maintenance of facilities, equipment, and company vehicles; and ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning workplace.
Serve as a Key Company Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact with insurance brokers, property managers, clients, vendors, staffing agencies, and career fair representatives, ensuring professional and consistent external relationships.
Provide Operational Coverage and Continuity: Step in as needed to support HR administration, accounting and payroll processes, and Office Coordinator functions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Support Workplace Culture and Engagement: Plan and coordinate office events, trainings, meetings, and internal committees that contribute to ETC’s award-winning culture.
What We’re Looking For
Working knowledge of office and workplace operations in a professional services or similar environment
Experience coordinating vendors, facilities, equipment, and operational logistics
Familiarity with administrative HR processes such as onboarding support, certifications, compliance tracking, and employee physicals
Understanding of basic payroll and accounting workflows and the ability to provide operational backup as needed
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Clear, professional communication skills and sound judgment when handling confidential information
