ETC has trained professionals experienced in verifying the appropriate use and installation of best management practices (BMPs) for municipalities, industrial facilities, and construction activities.
Water Quality Monitoring
ETC understands the challenges of water quality monitoring, and has the staff and technology to provide Quarterly Visual, Numeric Effluent Limitation, Benchmark, Waste Load Allocation, and Total Maximum Daily Load monitoring for our clients.
Annual Permit Requirements
ETC develops and presents customized training modules for conducting facility inspections, collecting stormwater samples, and general BMPs to meet the specific needs of our clients. In addition, ETC ensures accurate recordkeeping of client files that includes permit records, facility inspection reports, training records, and monitoring results. These records are used by ETC to prepare the required Annual Compliance Reports on behalf of our clients.
Geographic Information System (GIS)
ETC utilizes mobile technology and geographic information systems (GIS) to monitor and analyze stormwater impacts immediately and efficiently. This helps to save our clients resources, time, and money, while providing higher overall compliance with permit requirements.
